HumEm: Employees are Humans too.

In today's fast-paced work environment, it can be easy to forget that employees are humans first and foremost. According to a study by the Society for Human Resource Management, 53% of employees feel that their organizations could do more to increase empathy in the workplace (1). With HumEm, we help teams - and especially HR and leadership - to create a more empathetic workplace, by fostering an environment of transparent, nonviolent communication and feedback (2). Research has shown that workplaces with open communication and a culture of empathy see higher levels of employee performance, job satisfaction, and retention rates (3). Our solutions promote a culture of open dialogue, enhancing employee well-being and organizational success.
